Comprehensive Smoking Cessation

 

1-2 weeks before you start the program:
 

          Every morning write down a new reason why YOU want to stop smoking, then remind yourself and think about it all day.
 

Reasons for example:

                   Need More…I think you get the idea.
 

          This will help you to train your mind toward a new direction.  It will be helpful to make this a habit all during and after cessation treatment.
 

          I call the treatment Comprehensive, because as your consultant I will address and if necessary, treat the following concerns that often render attempts to stop smoking fruitless:

  1. Withdrawal
  2. Edginess
  3. Depression
  4. Tiredness
  5. Weight Gain

         

          As you can see, I am planning to not only give you a patch or a pill, with a pat on the shoulder, but you will receive full, personalized treatment according to your needs.
