Stress Reduction & “Mind Care”

 

          Stress is one of your greatest enemies, no time to rest, hurry, hurry, run, run,…eventually you are out of energy and health !!!
 

          The moment you take some time to think about what you are doing to yourself and the people around you, you probably realize that you are spreading yourself too thin!!!
 

          Now you get ready to tell me about your jobs, bills, kids, and other obligations…
HALT!!! What if you got sick, and you couldn't take care of any of your obligations???

    All I am asking you to do, is to be where you are right now, this moment. Later comes later and believe it or not, most problems take care of themselves.
 

          To prove my point: take a piece of paper and write down 3 of your largest concerns right now. Then put the paper away and read it in 30 days…see what I mean???...
 

          There are many ways to take control of stress and “stinking thinking”!!! Ask Me!!!
